Our Process
1) Free Consultation
Call, text, email, or fill out the contact form and we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your project. I’ll visit your project site to get an idea of the existing conditions and take measurements while we discuss your design ideas.
2) Design
Based on the initial consultation, I’ll prepare plans and elevations for your project. These drawings will allow you to visualize the project before it is built, and are used to obtain permits and accurately estimate the cost of materials. This usually takes 1-2 days to prepare.
3) Proposal
Once the plans are drawn, I will send them to you to review. They will include a proposal outlining the work to be done, a quote, and a proposed schedule.
4) Build
If you decide to move forward with the design proposal, we’ll sign a contract, apply for a building permit, and then begin building your deck.
