Our Design + Build Process
1) Free Consultation
Call, text, email, or fill out the contact form and we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your project. I’ll visit your project site to get an idea of the existing conditions and take measurements while we discuss your design ideas.
2) Design
Based on the initial consultation, I’ll prepare drawings for your project. These drawings will allow you to visualize the project before it is built, and are used to obtain permits and accurately estimate the cost of materials. This phase usually takes 1-2 business days.
Once the plans are drawn I will send a proposal for you to review that includes plan and elevation drawings, a cost estimate, and a proposed schedule.
3) Build
If you decide to move forward with the design proposal, we’ll sign a contract, apply for a building permit, and begin work on your project so that you can enjoy your new deck.
